Here's how it works: if you find the exact same item — same brand, same model, same specifications — being sold for less by another authorized retailer within 30 days of your purchase, we'll gladly match that price. All we ask is that you reach out to our customer service team and provide a link or other proof showing the competitor's current price. From there, our team will review the details and take care of the rest.

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be identical in brand, model number, and specifications — no substitutions or comparable products.
• The lower price must come from an authorized retailer that has the item in stock and available for immediate purchase, not backordered or discontinued.
• The price must be publicly advertised and accessible to any customer. We're unable to match private offers, membership or loyalty pricing, employee discounts, or limited-time flash sales.
• Clearance, refurbished, open-box, and discontinued items are not eligible for price matching.
• Shipping costs, taxes, and any additional fees are not factored into the price comparison — we compare item price only.
• Price match requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date. Requests made after this window cannot be honored.

Once we've confirmed that your request meets these conditions, we'll refund the difference between what you paid and the lower price to your original payment method. There's no need to return or reorder anything — the adjustment is applied directly to your existing purchase.
